FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

No question is a silly question.

 

1.  What should I wear for my appointment?

   - Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. Loose-fitting attire is ideal for waxing and massage treatments.

 

2. How early should I arrive for my appointment?

   - It's recommended to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure a timely start. Please keep in mind as I don't have any reception staff, if I have a client with me already you will have to wait for your appointment time. 

 

3. Do I need to book in advance?

   - Yes, it's advisable to book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for popular treatments, evenings and weekends. I don't accept walk in's so all appointments must be booked before attending. 

 

4. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

   - Please notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be on the waitlist.

 

5. Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?

   - While I understand this sometimes can not be avoided please be mindful they must stay with you inside the salon at all times. Although we have play equipment in the yard, our insurances do not cover this so they must be inside and supervised. At the end of day, it's most relaxing for you if you are able to make your appointment for when they don't need to be with you. 

 

6. How do I prepare for waxing or facial treatments?

   - For waxing, ensure your hair is at least a half a cm long for optimal results. Avoid sun exposure and exfoliate gently before facial treatments to enhance effectiveness.

 

7. What products are used in your treatments?

   - All products are tailored to specific treatments. Feel free to ask about ingredients and suitability for your skin type.

 

8. Do you offer gift vouchers or packages?

    - Yes, we absolutely do offer gift vouchers for treatments or packages that can be purchased for special occasions or as gifts for loved ones.

9. What types of payment do you accept?

    - Currently accept eftpos payments, Afterpay and of course, cash is king.
